1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or participating in the Tinycapes AI Olympiad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree to these terms on behalf of your participating child.

2. Eligibility

The platform and its competitions are meant for students aged 6 to 15. A parent or legal guardian must provide their email address and consent to register a child for the Olympiad.

3. Code of Conduct

We believe in fairness and integrity. By participating, students agree to:

• Take the final exam without the assistance of parents, older siblings, or outside internet searches.
• Not use automated bots, scripts, or simultaneous devices to manipulate scores or timers.
• Respect the spirit of learning and intellectual curiosity.

Tinycapes reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All questions, designs, graphics, and materials provided in the Tinycapes AI Olympiad are the intellectual property of Tinycapes. You may not copy, scrape, or distribute our exam materials outside of the platform.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% uptime, internet outages or technical glitches can happen. Tinycapes is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from inability to access the event or data loss. We will, however, do our very best to ensure progress is saved continuously.
